A Baby Boy!

John and I are proud to announce we are expecting a baby boy!  We just had the ultrasound today, and it was a success.  The baby was moving around, and we got a good view of his feet, hands, spine, face, heartbeat, and boy parts.

Even in two years, the doctor's office has much better equipment for ultrasounds.  I was able to clearly see the images today, but with Jack, I could barely make any of it out! 

We have been thinking of all the fun things we will be able to do with two boys that are just two years apart!  Now we will begin planning the baby's room (which I LOVE).  The ultrasound also put the due date at June 11, but we know he will come when he is ready! 

Jack's Third Haircut

Prepare yourself for one of the most boring, yet intriguing haircut videos you have ever seen!  Jack is usually not happy during a haircut, but he was so calm and peaceful the whole time!  His hair looks great, but he looks even more grown up now!

18 Month Photo

This was the best Jack has ever behaved for his monthly photo!   He is usually trying to get away, eat his bear, jump off the chair or crush the numbers.  This time after he saw Baloo the Bear waiting for him, he pointed to the camera and waited by the chair for me to put him in.  I got lots of great pictures of Jack and had to narrow it down, but I couldn't resist these two.
