This Belly is Growing!

Well, here you have it!  I'll be updating the blog every couple of weeks with belly photos. I'm showing much faster than I did when I was pregnant with Jack.  However, most mommies have told me that was the case with them too.

Everyone knows I don't do well with gaining weight, but this is most likely the last time I will be pregnant.  I'm going to enjoy eating all the goood stuff while I can.

The pregnancy has continued to be pretty easy so far.  I was light headed when I went to bed a couple of nights ago, so maybe I need to amp up the sodium like last time.  I see Dr. Salazar again on February 17 and will be getting the gestational diabetes test in a few weeks.

New Baby Siminski will be here in 129 days!

Ice Storm 2011

Really?  IPS has been canceled for 4 days in a row?  In my 5 years with IPS, I think there has been a total of 4 days off!

Each day Jack wakes up and looks for Daddy. The yells for Daddy begin before I even walk through Jack's door. After I get Jack up, he walks through the house yelling for Daddy. He even makes me open the bathroom doors and closets to see if Daddy is here. I tell him Daddy is at work, and we will see him at lunch!

We played at Asher's house for a little while on Thursday.  Jack loved exploring all of Asher's cool toys!

Despite my fourth or fifth sinus infection since Jack was born, we have been having a lot of fun!  Jack has been doing his dance moves he learned at Honey's house.  We have snuggled and read lots of books.  His favorite right now is The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle.  I was overcome with the urge to begin cleaning things out to get ready for the new baby.  I cleaned up Jack's closet and I am sorting through baby toys he doesn't use any more.  It's so funny how much his interests have changed over the past year.  He is just so much more active and can be amused by almost anything.

Jack said "happy" for the first time the other day when we left El Rodeo. John said, "You are so happy!" Jack repeated, "happy."

Other Jack quotes are:

Oh Yeah
potty
duck
cow
momma
baby
ball

All that excitement just wears Jack out!

Blowing Kisses

This video was taken on January 25 when we were leaving Honey's house.  You will see Brady in the video for a moment as he was blowing kisses too!  Jack had a very runny nose, so you will see how red it was!
